Munster Distinctive Dentistry & Orthodontics, affectionately called “MDD” by our team, was founded in Munster, Indiana, by Dr. Jeffrey T. Meister. Our one-chair practice opened its doors to serve the community on October 18, 1988. Today, our evolution into a multi-office practice, which includes Westville Distinctive Dentistry & Orthodontics, offers 47 dental suites. Among these, 6 are specialized surgical suites dedicated to advanced procedures like dental implants, grafting, oral surgery, and orthodontic surgeries. Additionally, 10 suites are tailored specifically for our “just for kids” dentistry, ensuring children receive specialized care in a comfortable and calming setting, while 19 suites focus on Orthodontics and Orthodontic Clear Aligners to help patients achieve their best smiles.

At Munster Distinctive Dentistry and Westville Distinctive Dentistry, our office is equipped with state-of-the-art technology to enhance your dental experience. Our practice is fully digital, offering same-day dentures, crowns, inlays, and onlays using advanced CEREC technology. To ensure precise diagnostics, we provide on-site CT 3D imaging for superior radiography. As a family-centric practice, we are devoted to providing the best possible care through General Dentistry, IV Sedation and General Anesthesia options, Pediatrics/Children’s & Special Needs Dentistry, Orthodontics (including Braces and Aligner Therapy), Prosthetics, Cosmetic Dentistry, and comprehensive Oral Surgery services. Our oral surgery procedures cover everything from Dental Implants to Wisdom Teeth extractions and Bone Grafting.
