Frequently Asked Questions

What does the first visit to your office look like?

You’ll fill out new patient forms, which can also be completed online before your visit. When you’re in the office, we’ll take digital photos and 3-D images of your teeth and jaw structure, discuss any findings, and outline future treatment plans and cost options before you leave.

What do your same-day dental options include?

We value your time just like you do, so we offer same-day crowns, bridges, and dentures using advanced CEREC technology. Our goal is to help you walk out with a restored smile in one all-inclusive visit.

How often should I get a dental cleaning and check-up?

To keep your smile healthy and bright, we recommend visiting us every six months for a professional cleaning and check-up. Regular visits help us catch potential issues early and keep your oral health on track.

What are your options for teeth whitening?

We offer professional teeth whitening treatments, such as Philips Zoom in-office whitening, that are both safe and effective. Designed to brighten your smile without increasing sensitivity, our whitening options can help give you the confidence you deserve.

How do you ensure patient comfort during treatments?

Your comfort is our priority. From our welcoming atmosphere to sedation options like nitrous oxide, oral sedation, and IV sedation, we’re here to make your visit as stress-free as possible. Our advanced in-office technology also helps us ensure that treatments are performed quickly and gently.

When should I consider dental implants?

If you’re missing teeth and looking for a permanent, natural-looking solution to help restore both function and aesthetics, dental implants might be right for you. Our team can guide you throughout the entire process to ensure you make the right decision and receive the best outcome.

What’s the difference between a filling, a crown, and a veneer?

A filling is used to repair small cavities or damage by filling the area with a durable dental material, restoring the tooth’s function. A crown covers and protects a damaged or weakened tooth, restoring its full strength and appearance. Veneers, meanwhile, are typically used to help enhance tooth appearance. They consist of thin, custom-made shells placed on the fronts of teeth, making them ideal for creating a stunning smile.

How long do braces need to be worn versus clear aligners?

Braces can often handle the alignment of complex bites in about 18 months to 3 years. Mild-to-moderate aligner cases may finish in 10 to 18 months. However, every bite is different, and the decision to use braces or aligners can depend on the level of alignment required—we’ll map your options and potential timelines after a digital scan.

Can you accommodate my whole family for appointments?

Absolutely! With over 40 treatment rooms and our team of skilled dentists, we’re equipped to care for your entire family. From our pediatric dentistry for kids to general dentistry services for adults, we strive to make scheduling easy and convenient for everyone.

Can I get a second opinion on a treatment plan?

We believe in empowering you to make informed decisions about your dental care. If you’d like a second opinion, our experienced team is happy to review your current treatment plan, provide a thorough evaluation, and discuss all available options.
